Chad Bearden

Chad Bearden has spent over 16 years developing youth softball and baseball players.  As an assistant coach of a 10U travel softball team in eastern NC in 2009, he grew to love leading youth athletes.  Due to military deployments, he had to step away from travel ball but was able to continue coaching through the local church league until moving to Navarre FL in 2016.  In FL he continued to coach youth sports by volunteering to coach T-Ball with Tiger Point Recreation.  After completing his military duties in FL, he was sent to Beaufort, SC to finish out his military career.  When he arrived in Beaufort, he immediately began seeking out opportunities to coach with the Beaufort County Recreation Department.  After a few seasons of coaching recreational softball in Beaufort, he decided that it was time to get back into coaching travel softball.  In the fall of 2024, he and Coach Phil Mansker decided to start a travel softball organization in Beaufort to give our girls an opportunity to play softball at a more competitive level while improving the recreational league and all local school teams.
